i have received email today saying "   your creative cloud membership expire on 05-december-2013 (pt). hope you've been making of creative cloud has offer. extend membership, please update billing information account, or add prepaid card."   i think problem stems error in accounting system. old credit card expired in november. before happened updated payment information new credit card. problem seems system still using old credit card. hanging around guest won't leave. so, though have tried on multiple times edit payment information on creative cloud plan, old expired card still remains. noticed today security code new card wasn't populated on plan information page, when try update new card info code error " we're sorry, seems wrong on our end. please try again later."     here screen shot personal information erased.   l frustrated , don't know @ point. how can eliminate expired card , ensure new card used payment?   please help!   michael

when installed framemaker 11, uninstalled acrobat pro 8 without asking. error message "setup has detected have more functional product installed. setup terminate." is there workaround this? called tech support , not help. if you’ve got standalone copy of fm (not part of tcs), ships “headless” version of acrobat. installer isn’t @ detecting existing acrobat versions (as you’ve found). need uninstall fm, uninstall acrobat; reinstall acrobat, reinstall fm using “custom” install option – make sure distiller portion isn’t installed second time. i've been having problem our server , i've never seen before.  i'm hoping in community might able give me guidance...   we run coldfusion 10 standard server (recently patched update 12), handles 30 requests per second on average.   lately, we've been experiencing odd performance issues, i've been leaving fusionreactor open on screen pretty day long.  , i've noticed bizarre.   periodically, metrics graphs show drop-off in requests usual 20-40 0.  last 5 seconds, , when requests come back, shoot right max (our server set max @ 100).  it's if blocking requests getting through few seconds, , flooded @ once.  either that, or fusionreactor isn't recording traffic.  @ 1 point morning happening every minute or so, such our server choking on requests , forced reboot whole machine.   has experienced before?  or might able point me in direction? smurf, first, wondering whether can trust fr reporting, note can “check on it” using 2 new features in cf10: can @ eith

i new user installed ubuntu 12.04 old dell inspiron 9400 laptop. have been able of installation working fine have audio problem cannot figure out or find answer to. audio laptop garbled - kind of sounds speaker playing underwater. occurs using built-in speakers or headphones , seems occur no matter source of audio; rhythmbox, youtube, etc. if there no windows open audio sounds great, however, browser or terminal opened or mouse hovered on row of quick launch iconsthe problem occurs. when web page open, hovering on , off of links same thing. additionally, when increasing or decreasing volume using computer's hot buttons audio increases on first left speaker , begins increase on right speaker once volume halfway up. when volume 100% both speakers have equal volume. know causing these issues? hi,   i relative newbie premiere pro. last year, produced multi-camera video under cs6 no problems under window environment.   now, use os x 10.9 , premiere pro cc7.   i created multi-camera source file , multi-camera destination file. able use muli-cam monitor , (i thought) editied cameras. (i recorded camera views). now, when want replay "new" film, doesn't replay properly.   at point, when playing it, shows beginning of clips rather correct pricture @ particular point in time.   when editing it, didn't have problem, , when @ source file, can see no problem this.   it happened twice - first time thought mistake, re-did whole destination file (i.e. cancelled old, set-up new , re-did editing.   it has happened again.   can help? have no clue , want simple video kid's project.   thanks help schnuggel it sounds need update premiere pro. go "about premiere pro". on 7.0 or 7.1 (141)? there bug in multicam in 7.0 has since been fixed. i working in dreamweaver 5 using split screen.  updating page in code view , during work design view screen stopped showing editable body region.  see template fields cannot change of course.  may have clicked accident on laptop, not sure.  other pages show body region in design view fine.  page displays fine in browsers.  how design view show whole page? the first thing should close dreamweaver completely. then re-open time open blank page , click on  code view.  close window , close dw again.   re-open dw , open site , see if problem has disappeared.     post if not solved.   good luck.
