i set account, downloaded indesign cs6 on 1 pc in may.   i downloaded second user onto pc. downloaded cc option download.   now cc document wont open on pc cs6. want able work on document on both pc's.   should both cs6 or cc?   how fix it? best work in whatever version created in.   as far know cc includes indesign cs6.     you can install application on 2 computers, long you're not using application on both computers @ same time.     if can work in cs6 great. if you've opened file in cc , made edits you're happy with, should install cc on other computer.   if want go cs6 in cc file>save as>idml , open file in cs6.     install cs6 on other computer can work on both computers in format. i had expired trial version of lightroom 5.2 .  yesterday got $9.99 subscription.  couldn't see way lightroom activated cc under opening screen states had 0 days remaining on trial version.  so, downloaded , installed cc version creative cloud application.  now, opening splash screen says lightoom 5.2 , info says same.  but, window bar says lightroom 2.3.2 , sliders reflect (recovery , fill light back).  ideas on how fix this?  thanks, if photos in previous process versions, lightroom behave describe.  try importing new photos, , should see lr5 sliders.  may want update photos new process version, beware photos may change in appearance, careful how new version affecting photos--you may love or hate, , affect different photos in different ways. i have yesterday purchased adobe premiere elements 12 from usa based online retailer. installation done correct key provided retailer. since living in germany, have installed program in german language. the product appears correct key in adobe account. (see photo)   unfortunately reminded popup appears when opening premiere elements editor, saying must register program within 7 days otherwise stop functioning. has started countdown , displays have 6 days more left. the popup displays correct adobe-id , informs me check serial number now. unfortunately not proceed further asks me provide internet connection ridiculous since continuously connected internet. hello,   i'm trying open xml fcp6 , keep getting mentoned "this project appears damaged, cannot opened".   now odd thing this, was trial run colleague has not got time learn ppro , still larking around fcp. trying become familiar how shall cope xdcam media. fcp have encode media form fcp can read. using xdcam transfer within fcp.   i wanted check how have relink media non-encoded xdcam media. (the answer question simple, frustrating - have re-link manually - think)   so gave him 1 xdcam file, standard file structure , asked him make single sequence 1 or 2 cuts. export version 4 xml.   nothing make blasted xml file work. has provided me 3 different xml files. none of them work.   however, when boot old hd, fcp6 on , use same xdcam media, can export version 4 xml opens in ppro cc without problem.   so annoying problem occuring?   i have read through 80 100 lines xml see difference there are. can't bothered further.   hope can help.   thanks,   anthony @ antimatter films
