Cannot generate distribution p12 certificate - urgent


i'm building multi-folio app subscriptions , i've been doing on , on , on again weekend , keep hitting roadblock. i've downloaded professional , enterprise dps helper pdf , doesn't me problem. time roadblock cannot generate distribution p12 certificate. why?? have no clue. enormously frustrating.

 

i'm in developer.apple.com area trying generate production certificate app store , ad hoc , option grayed out - can't generate it. i've revoked previous certificate this... don't know why i'm being locked out of this. please help!

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
