we on latest , greatest creative cloud (7.1) premiere , ame.   we receive interleaved 5.1 , stereo lt/rt audio tracks our audio engineers using nuendo.   the 5.1 comes out @ correct level.   the lt/rt audio drops approximately 6 db's lower whether it's ame or media encoder.    is there audio setting in mixer defaulting drop audio?  similar center channel pan makes dual mono if turned off? i need reinstall cs2 software because unable activate current serial number. hard drive fried , had reinstall software, reactivation code no longer works. according adobe if uninstall programs can reinstall software new serial number no longer requires activation code. afraid if lose files have created during 30 activation day grace period. know if case? suppose save files onto external hard drive protect them, not sure if work. know best option here? normally files should saved self-made folder on machine, if have not done along best bet save backup copies in event files removed during uninstall. growth forces move of catalog , image files. cataog , images on hard drive together. have bought bigger hard drive (wd black 4tb) better accommodate images. win7 computer built 256gb ssd (c:) boot drive , home of programs photoshop , lightroom. catalog has reached 1.6gb , preview folder 7-8 gb considering moving these files ssd because there 130 free gb on boot ssd. catalog backups 100gb have go somewhere else, or lot of backups have shunted off hard drive.   i re-read lot of advice here moving files growth or speed. separating picture storage "lrcat" file seems work long teach program new location of "lightroom" folder on new hard drive. have had lrcat file , preview folder in own folder @ top level of image holding file.   about order of steps: copy os raw, jpeg images , sidecars inside lightroom folder new hard drive. top folder name still "lightroom". folder structure before copy new bigger drive. rename -- on older smaller hard drive --  original fold
