i've checked these forums , followed method rotate video turned out rotated 90 degrees. when rotated video rotated right frame still vertical portrait format , did not rotate also. wind tall vertical frame has rotated video has both ends cropped off. other videos add timeline inside of tall frame , cropped off because frame tall , narrow, not rotated image.   how go doing correctly? possible rotate video has turned on side , have format or frame rotate also?   tia, ken not possible automatically.   however, can manually change sequence. example, change 1920x1080 1080x1920.   that should solve problem. if using latest cc can change sequence. if not, can create new sequence custom settings. hello,   i've been trying design brochure in indesign cc , have used drop shadow effect on text box, words shadowed. when try export pdf (for print), fore-text blocks out shadow, though in effects settings have unclicked "object knocks out shadow" box. happening when export pdf print, not when export pdf interactive. any appreciated! in advance! when export pdf interactive, better or worse (i think worse), colors converted srgb , there no such thing overprints. export pdf print (except smallest size export setting), colors maintained or @ worst, converted cmyk. explanation “difference” see.   in acrobat, if using overprinting , not exporting pdf/x-4, need force overprint preview on.   beyond that, if post screen shots of see in acrobat versus indesign and/or scan of prints, maybe can assist better.             - dov More discussions in InDesign adobe

hello. attempting play game crusader kings ii via latest version of wine on ubuntu 12.04 lts. have , without problem installed of prerequisites game, including directx9 , c++ 2010 redistributable. made game work pretty successfully, if familiar game, there optional "launcher" requires microsoft .net 2.0 in order select mods, check updates game, etc. how can install dotnet20 in wine? upon typing "bash winetricks dotnet20" terminal (and after making sure wine configured in windows 2000 mode), 404 error when trying download .net via previous command. appears url command "bash winetricks dotnet20" using download no longer good. google .net 2.0 , download microsoft, idea install that? read not. there way install .net 2.0 in wine manually? ubuntu 12.04 running on acer aspire 1 happy (pav70) exclusively use netbook wifi - have ethernet port don't use it. so, problem this: 1. use netbook in internet using wifi. 2. close lid , put netbook suspend-to-ram (standby/sleep). 3. open lid (after period of time) - netbook resumes s2r. 4. network manager connects wifi. 5. 10 seconds, you're go. after that, resolv.conf becomes empty. @ point things annoying. restarting network manager service re-connects wifi, drops dns settings per steps 4 & 5. restarting whole networking service stack same. manually issuing "sudo dhclient wlan0" seems sit there doing absolutely nothing. manually issuing "sudo ifconfig wlan0 down;sudo dhclient wlan0" brings step 4 & 5. manually editing resolv.conf works... 10 seconds, , gets overwritten blank one. resolution have found works reboot netbook... kinda negates whole point of putting suspend-to-ram in first

i made mistake of installing proprietary nvidia driver downloaded website. blank purple screen , can't load grub. able boot live cd though. suggestions on how remove driver and/or access grub? i've tried holding shift grub, still purple screen. tried deleting /etc/x11/xorg.conf after mounting main drive. the shift feature should display grub menu. can repeatedly press esc button during boot when shift feature isn't enabled. there 3 second window try pressing , see if can grub menu. once there, press 'e' edit ubuntu entry. cursor end of 'linux' line , remove after "ro". add "nomodeset" (no quotes) , press f10 or ctrl-x boot. should take desktop, since have removed x11 file don't know if it's going work or not. if does, can add/remove additional drivers system working. my problem following:   before import files ae they should. fine , synchronized both in vlc , windows media player. after import files ae seem out of sync. first thought out of sync later realized, seems ae has slowed down video (made longer) , audio stayed should. in ram preview after rendering can't use files are. , can't try them in sync manually because many files use not worth @ all!   some other information might nedd i'm using nvidia shadow play record these clips , weirdly shows 62 fps in windows properties 60 in ae!
