Adobe Premier Elements 12 on i7 4500U Turbo

i'm considering acquiring sony vaio flip 15.

hoping "the best of both worlds". wanted mobility of laptop, added feature of converable (to tablet mode), while still having enough power support video editing using adobe premier elements.

the system configuration of sony vaio flip 15 considering:

  • 4th gen intel core i7 4500u (1.8ghz / 3.0ghz turbo boost)
  • windows 8 pro 64bit
  • 15.5 full hd ips trilluminous display mobile (1920 x 1080) touch screen
  • nvidia geforce gt 735m w/ optimus (2gb) hybrid graphics
  • 256gb (256gb x 1) solid state drive (i have 1tb of nas - 2tb mirrored) use store media)
  • 16gb (8gb x2) ddr3l-1600mhz

specs premier elements system requirements indicate 2ghz processor of faster.

my questions:

  1. will overdrive capabilities of i7 4500u (1.8ghz / 3.0ghz turbo) support elements needs - , don't mean "install"?
  2. i've seen post regarding elements support nvidia drivers. looked nvidia card figuring elements perform better on , non-integrated video card. have issues nvidia card?

any enlightening responses appreciated.

i've found benchmark chart helpful.

http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html

generally recommend video editing people stick processors rate 6000 or higher.

that processor rates 3966 -- i'd consider less par editing machine.

but others may disagree.
