Photoshop - file name not valid

when try open photoshop, receive 2 error messages:

 

could not complete request because file name not valid

could not initialize photoshop because file name not valid.

 

i don't have issue other creative suite product.

 

i on windows 7, have tried uninstall/reinstall, have tried deleting settings directory, have tried creating firewall rule photoshop exe, , of course rebooting @ every step. i've run out of internet wisdom on one. here latest section log file:
