Custom PDF JobOption unstable

i working group of professionals on custom job option pdf making rgb workflow.

the first version made in 2009 , updating of settings. want rid of problem occurs in indesign ( started in version 5 or 5.5 believe) not in illustrator , photoshop. happens on macs have no information windows, if behaves this. mac osx 10.6 10.9.

the job option set use output: profile inclusion policy:  include rgb , tagged source cmyk profiles changes on output: profile inclusion policy: profiles causes cmyk colours k 100 split multiple cmyk values.

as said, never happens illustrator or photoshop. respect settings.

typical senario:

an indesign file has been used make pdf. user not check if setting has changed , there no (modified) in name of job option. pdf processed outout: colour conversion: profiles (wrong).

another user opens file make pdf. using job option should include rgb... instead shows all profiles. changes on include rgb... , gets (modified) added name of job option. saves indesign file.

the id file opened yet again , 1 can choose between job option (modified) or job option. job option (modified) correct original job option has all profiles on.

now let's restart indesign. open file , export pdf again. in export adobe pdf job option (modified) selected , has include rgb... on. switching on original job option, it's still profiles ... not (modified). 1 has changed , saved. using same in illustrator has include rgb... obvious job option has not changed itself, indesign doing wrong here.

i wonder if has had similar problems custom job options or can imagine why happening.

cache something?

maybe related indesign remembering name of last pdf made?

job option settings used:

compatability: pdf 1.7 (old 1 used 1.6)

compression: zip 318/500 (old 1 used 318/450

marks , bleeds: crop marks

output: no colour conversion, destination n/a, profile inclusion policy: include rgb , tagged source cmyk profiles
