Adobe sent me Creative Cloud 'imminent cancellation' email


i have received email today saying "

 

your creative cloud membership expire on 05-december-2013 (pt). hope you've been making of creative cloud has offer. extend membership, please update billing information account, or add prepaid card."

 

i think problem stems error in accounting system. old credit card expired in november. before happened updated payment information new credit card. problem seems system still using old credit card. hanging around guest won't leave. so, though have tried on multiple times edit payment information on creative cloud plan, old expired card still remains. noticed today security code new card wasn't populated on plan information page, when try update new card info code error "we're sorry, seems wrong on our end. please try again later."

l frustrated , don't know @ point. how can eliminate expired card , ensure new card used payment?

 

please help!
