What if I have purchased an upgrade without the basic software?


today purchased upgrade adobe acrobat pro xi.  thought had adobe acrobat on computer.  when prompted verify serial number existing adobe product, realized had free adobe reader.  have purchase full version of adobe acrobat xi?

you need contact adobe see if can exchange upgrade version full version. of course, there additional cost involved. yes, if not have qualified version of acrobat, have purchase full product, not upgrade.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
