McAfee Security Scan


what mcafee securtiy scan , how effect avg anti-virus? disappointed adobe downloaded no info.  know mcafee , if wanted i'd it. , yes allowed it. kind of caught me off guard.

mcafee , avg "don't play together".

the updater "slips in" no opt out. that's not "user friendly", it's been reported but... being users you, have no idea if it'll change.

use control panel uninstall mcafee, before starts making trouble you.

for future reference, download adobe flash player installer directly clicking 1 of following links.

flash player activex (internet explorer)

flash player plug-in (all other browsers)

nothing in installer flash player

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
