hi there, sorry if i've posted in wrong thread. i've googled around of day , haven't found problem (yet). i've setup printer w/ cups , shared via samba. i've connected windows 7 pc not allow me change/save preferences (ie: grayscale). i'm using canon mp560 print test page , work - i can't save preferences. first place - or config file me post? btw - i'm using ubuntu server not desktop. ton in advance! i've been trying import photos iphone 5s, have done same phone, , i'm getting error message saying files not read. detects photos on iphone (though shows generic jpg thumbnail, not preview of picture) fails import. ideas? have turned off , on.   richard   ps i'm not being allowing attach screenshots here reason what's actual error you're getting , version of lightroom? used lr 5.2 , iphone 5s successfully.
