Thread: Dash "Recent Apps" Is Broken


i saw issue long ago , have no idea if ever fixed ever since getting ubuntu 12.04 when open dash first thing see recent apps , never changes. ever shows ubuntu software center , when haven't used them in month , have used many other applications should show up. don't know why broken , not huge deal i'd operate how meant operate.

solutions other reinstalling ubuntu 12.04 because believe i've done no , time consuming process transfer files , not (im not paying have ubuntu 1 storage increased when never use it).

bump.....any nice. know other people have had issue in past.

hi, if developing platform independent software in linux using gtk+/gtkmm , you've managed cross compile windows, guide you. i'm posting because after researching topic myself, encountered many posts people have abandoned gtk+/gtkmm wxwidgets because of gtks ugly default appearance in windows/wine. gtk+ themeable in windows/wine gnome. have set correctly . . . here's how. guide gtkmm gtk+ similar. (1) firstly, download , install gtkmm windows using wine. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
