Error when connecting to MySQL Database


i trying connect mysql , receive error everytime. have attempted talk bluehost (who site hosted thru) , said not on end , not can me with. set new mysql database bluehost , set site through dw , went fine. secured ftp connection , went on connect mysql. when enter in credentials sql database, returns:

http error code 404:

reason 1. no testing server running on server machine.

reason 2. testing server specified site deos not map http://my_domain.com/_mmserverscripts/mmhtpdb.php url. verify url prefix maps site.

the testing server model using set php mysql , url prefix using (my_domain.com) website url. watched youtube video suggested elsewhere on how add mmhttpdb.php , mysql.php files _mmserverscripts folder since folder empty unfortunately, files not found on computer. assume supposed installed when installed dw, not here. have done general search of comp , looked in each folder installed dw , sadly, no files match names. can do? how can make sql connection? please help. appreciated.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
