Thread: Burning Snow Leopard DMG on Ubuntu


i'm running ubuntu 12.0.4 , trying burn sl dmg of snow leopard onto blank dvd. every time attempt however, shows message

size of file on 2 gib. files larger 2 gib not supported iso9660 standard in first , second versions (the widespread ones).
recommended use third version of iso9660 standard, supported operating systems, including linux , versions of windows™.
however, mac os x cannot read images created version 3 of iso9660 standard.

how overcome dvd bootable on imac. i'm running ubuntu on imac

i've been looking way , been trying myself. many instructions seem rely on dmg2img not working me. there tool dmg2iso floating out there too, @ blinkenlights. had no luck image , got various errors. perhaps work image, though.

hi, if developing platform independent software in linux using gtk+/gtkmm , you've managed cross compile windows, guide you. i'm posting because after researching topic myself, encountered many posts people have abandoned gtk+/gtkmm wxwidgets because of gtks ugly default appearance in windows/wine. gtk+ themeable in windows/wine gnome. have set correctly . . . here's how. guide gtkmm gtk+ similar. (1) firstly, download , install gtkmm windows using wine. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
