Illustrator CC keeps flattening/rasterizing my effects!


i have simple logo working on, , there few elements have fill, stroke , drop shadow applied. every time save file , have re-open it, of effects rasterized, , stroke , fill split "grouped" object. maddening.

 

any suggestions why happening?

are these files older version?

 

do "save as", don't save, because you'll save old version.

 

gaussian blur has been updated. it's part of drop shadow , because gets flattened when saving older version.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
