I cant export to Quicktime or even get my finished project into Encore

i having such issue premiere pro cs6...

 

well let me first start of have mac os x 10.6.8.

i use canon xa10 footage.

 

i have 3 weddings trying work on , have 6 more go cant start working on them until issue resolved.

 

the 2 longer ones on hour stop exporting quicktime once hits 79% or more. states "error unknonw when compiling movie"

 

now, first thought maybe didn't have enough memory or maybe there corrupt file.

so cleaned out computer files , broke down film in halves pinpoint corrupt file may be.

 

well wouldnt know? both halves of both films exported fine.

 

so decided instead of exporting quicktime use encore.

boy wrong. everytime try export encore both premiere , encore crash.

 

so have no idea doing wrong or how fix it.

i frustrated , nervous b/c need these films clients.

 

and thing getting unknown message , serious message neither of these messages point me in direction.

 

i need able point me in right direction.

do think software issue, ram issue...etc...

 

any help.

 

i know may need more specs let me know , can try provide them, need bottom of b/c im have angry customers...

can try export sequence in other format (like h.264 or mpeg 2-dvd) , check if fails or completes successfully?
