Thread: Automount external HD with exFat?


hi,

have problems getting external hard disk exfat partition (for data exchange between ubuntu, win , osx) automounted on notebook running ubuntu 12.04.1 lts.

have been following instructions given here:

that's in german, , says automounting should work given instructions.

have added user fuse group.

manual mounting working.

information involved hard- , software:

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
