Audio Out of Sync

1) newbie , started using adobe premiere pro recently, 6 months ago. using adobe premiere pro cs6

2) having problems gameplay recorded on pc using hauppauge hd pvr2 gaming edition (the pvr records both audio & video @ same time) far can recall didn't have audio sync issues until battlefield 4 (very recently). file format being saved .ts (e.g. video.ts).

3) happens in audio seems a  second ahead of audio. happpens on videos

4) have done following troubleshooting - , i've done googling solve issue:

  > deleted cache , re-imported video new project

  > although other games recorded fine changed record hard disk external internal - changed issue either no sound or sound fine, far

   > frustrated took video had no sound when imported pp cs6 , saved mp4 file in corel videostudio pro x5 , imported file (e.g. video.mp4) pp cs6 , have perfect sound.
