Best Settings for Canon XF100 to SD export


hi guys, first post - please gentle!

 

i've come across fcp premiere pro cs6. i've acquired canon xf100 camera (the output being mxf files) , have been shooting hd test footage 1920x1080. however, project shooting needs exported pal sd .mov file, used broadcast non-hd community station.

 

i have tried many different sequence , export settings create sd .mov file, in of them keep getting blurring lines across screen. not sure if should shooting in sd or hd... thought shoot in hd better image before rendering out sd final export.(i used in fcp)

 

please excuse inexperience... pulling hair out , had little left start with... if sequence , export settings grateful!

i exported xf100 footage pal sd mov. interlaced did not well.

progressive better.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
