Flash Player won't update...


i can download installer when double-click download asks me verify update settings.  have updates set auto.  installer initializes, asks run program (i click run), sits brief time , displays flash player can not connect.  can correct this? 

bypass downloader/installer altogether.

download adobe flash player installer directly clicking 1 of following links.

flash player activex (internet explorer)

flash player plug-in (all other browsers)

flash player (mac os x)

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
