Extension Manager CC appears to install plugin but nothing's installed


although extension manager cc works in-house (we're plug-in developer), we've started seeing common failure in field: when people double-click our .zxp downloads, go through installation process successfully, , show plug-in installed, plug-in files never installed in indesign cc/plug-ins/ folder. (so far failing under mac os.)

 

we haven't been able capture .log file yet, we're working on that.

 

has else seen this? ideas?

are sure em cc launched instead of em cs6 when users double clicked .zxp file? send extension exman.beijing@gmail.com can have test?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
