Cannot EMBED PDF into Office


when trying embed pdf office 2010 (powerpoint, excel, word, etc), error acrobat.exe cannot found. have adobe reader x , adobe writer x installed. when open adobe reader x , try embed pdf, works fine, adobe reader closed, gives acrobat.exe error. have application allows/denies access application, due licensing, not users allowed run acrobate writer, installed. need figure out why reader closed, acrobat writer being called office embeding. checked acro.exch.document , acro.exch.document.7 keys , set reader.

have 2 apps installed both offering same ole classes, 1 more complete implementation. wouldn't speculate how windows arbitrates between them, isn't consider issues such licensing. wouldn't expect work.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
