Side Heads - Cannot change size


hello ,

 

w7, fm11.

 

i think might doing fundementally wrong, cannot change size of side head.

 

i have populated document , can add side head format > page layout > column layout... , checking room side heads.

 

however, no matter change width to, remains same size.

 

what doing wrong?

basically, seems have setup side head on master page?

 

in other words, cannot turn side head on , off in body of document uses same master page?

 

edit: did entering master page view, right-clicking main body frame, object properties , changing side head information in text frame > flow.

 

i'm bit confused least.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
