CS6 Installation Failed due to missing files.


i m having problem adobe cs6 design & web premium installer now.

it keeps saying missing files. installing cs6 dvd yesterday on new macbook air. whole laptop hanged 3 hours. did cold boot. after restarted mac, launched installer in disc , prompted missing file error message. 

 

installation failed. installer failed initialize. due missing file. 

more troubleshooting tips: 

1. restart computer. 

2. exit applications including startup items, virus checking , firewall software. 

3. launch installer , reinstall applications. 

 

i not able pass stage after numerous retry. apparently installer has installed bridge , other components successfully. tried access installer utilities, met same error.

would able advise me how proceed here?  thank much.

properly uninstall installed (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs6-install-instructions.html#id_8480)

 

run cleaner, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

 

restart computer

 

reinstall

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
