Is It Worth Purchasing a 27" iMac for LR 5


i'm using 3 year old macbook pro , dell 21" monitor process photos using lr 5 , ps cs6. i'm looking @ new imac 2 27" 3.5ghz quad-core intel core i7, turbo boost 3.9ghz , 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 sdram - 2x4gb speed post processing.  can tell me if correct mac , configuration speed process?

i using 2010 version of 27inch imac i7 (2.93) , 8gb (1333) of ram , works great 1 should nice.  27inch screen the perfect size photo editing me.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
