Creative Cloud membership is failing


it seems license creative cloud teams buggy , not working should. bought license teams, made adobe id, logged in, and... behold, worked... saw vip number , stuff.

 

but... 'membership' page buggy. 1 time showed 'license' , 'subscription' ... it's gone. 'orders' gone also, while it's couple of months ago .

 

now, installed photoshop , premiere yesterday, when 'ok', so... shouldn't have downloaded trial version right?? now, seems 'the adobe system' thinks have trial software, , have 'approve' everytime open photoshop. links in creative cloud app don't work, 'myadobe' site buggy, not clear what, , don't seem have 'normal' use of products.

 

i'm bit irritated all, because costed me 1 day things working, supplier didn't gave me usefull instructions, , site far 'clear'... seemed adobe id, connected vip nummer not automatically connected 'team member' account.... didn't know that, nobody told, mentioned nowhere.... ok, made myself 'team member' there'.. worked...

 

but now... doesn't work... adobe doesn't state cloude license anymore anywhere... so... have idea??

 

if doesn't work, go cs5.5 because worked,... cc till way buggy, , site full of errors , bugs. shame such big company cannot hire couple of testers test things (and if did, start laugh)

jepe sorry have faced frustrating experience.  receiving specific error messages or main behavior asked continue sign in adobe id states in trial mode?  if can please provide additional clarification such as, specific error messages, , operating system using, work on of team mates computer or behavior experienced specific computer?
