How can I have multiple fields on the left and one large field on the right?


i'm trying conserve space on form.  have 5 "pass/fail" fields on left , large free text field right.  area comment on "pass/fail" section.  when add multi-line text box, moves "pass/fail" mulitple selection boxes.

 

any advice?

sorry formscentral doesn't allow fields spam on multiple rows.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
