Thread: wacom sensitivity on kde


uninstalled unity , gnome , installed kde.
pen works fine, on mypaint in gnome/unity change colors side buttons.
on kde, pen has touching in order side button used.
figured lack of sensitivity, can not find menu in kde adjust wacom sensitivity.

doesn't sound sensitivity issue, sounds tabletpcbutton parameter on. means hover mode not available , pen acts tablet pc pen. driver should default tabletpc off graphics tablet.

enter xinput list terminal , post output. identify stylus device name or id number. try command:
code:
xsetwacom set "device name" tabletpcbutton off
and see if works correctly then.

kde settings app. uses kde daemon. maybe that's problem , set wrong. think app. may broken in kubuntu precise , have compile it. anyway at: http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php...content=114856 in software center.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
