retrieve serial number


purchased cs5 extended student , teacher edition couple years ago digital river education services.  attempted update program new raw files olympus m1 camera original software did not support raw files camera.  after installing patch, nothing worked cs6.  so, deleted program , reloaded disc.  product code cs6 [removed moderator].  number  fits description of coupon number adobe asking when trying retrieve s/n activate software upon reloading.  however, web site tells me number invalid.  how can retrieve s/n can use software again.

not sure of fix, should remove product code post right away!

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
