Creative Desktop Refused to Install

i have lost count of number of times have tried take purchased creative (photography) subscription.

i have tried ie10 , 11, chrome, , opera (all latest updated versions),

i upgraded windows 8.1 , perhaps foolishly selected sign-in using microsoft id. have found that

my microsoft self not recognized computer having administrator privileges, installation may failing

when finds not administrator. tried accessing privileges, assigning myself admin status, , tried giving

the privilege of installing programs. don't know more can do. please, make helpful suggestion!. am

feeling rather hard done because purchased full version of cs6 in january of year, wasn't due to

purchase upgrade yet. , have never used lightroom. tempted, because of frustration of these repeated

failures, cancel subscription. getting nothing grief it. realise may microsoft's fault

rather adobe's. hence appeal help.
