Adobe Elements 11 on Mac OSX 10.9 has crashed. What should I do?


i opened elements 11 today , tried open photo file, , instead of opening stops responding, have force quit because options greyed out.

this has never happened before. should do?

f upgrade 10.9 application installed old prefs have been left behind; need clear them. start quitting pse11.

 

launch finder , click go menu whilst holding down option (alt) key. go library >> preferences , clear relating pse11 means deleting following files:

 

com.adobe.photoshopelements.plist

adobe photoshop elements 11 paths

adobe photoshop elements 11 settings

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
