soundcloud in dps publication


hi there,

just tried incorporate soundcloud audio file in dps publication , looking feedback..

 

- when audio-file inserted web-content overlay in £indesign cc (i've created iframe inside html-page, link copied soundcloud) able load , see soundcloud graphic on testpage, can start , stop audio when hitting share or other buttons these links open inside iframe (logical think, not useful because iframe's height set 166px)

- tried to  insert audio-file using simple url button opens browser window on top of article, way buttons on soundcloud page can used sound won't play anymore

 

is normal behavior of soundcloud in browser on top of article ?

are there best practices in using soundcloud inside dps publication ?

the script behind soundcloud share function set open in same window that's expected behaviour , can't aything it. work around place own custom share buttons open in in-app browser sound should continue play on background. here's code https://www.dropbox.com/s/rcnppyvy535vj7q/sound-cloud-share.zip

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
