Reader XI & IE10 - how to force PDF's to be viewed in READER?


i have no adobe add-on installed in ie10.  updgraded reader 8.1 reader xi.  under reader 8.1 there option in settings force pdf's opened in reader instead of ie.  cannot find option.  went settings / manage-add-ons disable adobe pdf there, it's not installed, can't disable it.

 

any ideas on how force pdf's opened in reader instead of ie10?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
