Acrobat 11.0.04 will not install


every time try upgrade or reinstall acrobat verstion 11.0.04, fails. i've installed version 11.0.0 , when go "apps" on creative cloud dashboard, doesn't show have software installed, though do. error message 1301 each time try upgrade. i've uninstalled software , reinstalled 4 times, each time, installs version 11.0.0, , when try upgrade 11.0.0.4 1301 message. i've repaired hard disk, repaired permissions, etc. other ideas???

you talking update, not upgrade. updates can downloaded http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=windows , similar mac. updates must installed in order. can not go 0 04 in 1 step. normal way updates help>updates. if there more 1 update shown, install lowest number update first , return higher updates. did not indicate how doing updates, assume had been going update site above.
