Thread: UBUNTU 10.10 installed after installing Windows XP, but unable to login into Win XP


hi,

have installed ubuntu 10.10 after installing windows xp (/dev/sda1). see windows xp entry on starting in grub not go xp. whenever select xp entry , press enter 1 blank screen appearing , again default ubuntu 10.10 appearing.

while installing ubuntu 10.10 have selected /dev/sda1 install boot loader, infact showing xp installed on /dev/sda1.

first time when installed ubuntu have selected /dev/sda install boot loader, failed invoke xp. again reinstalled ubuntu after formatting ubuntu partition.
