Thread: Error: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY


hi,

fedora 16 32+ bit pc giving me following error , not boot @ all, please me out. fedora os hard drive. has happened first time , hard drive new , working far aware. thanks.

following have done using backtrack linux 5 dvd. booted dvd , tried following in terminal root. says loading , fedora never boots, freezes message "loading" on screen, annoying please guide me steps should taking correct problem. thanks.

i tried edit kernel line of regular boot entry ie kernel entry (there 3 kernels on boot menu) adding word "single" end of kernel line , boot modification got following error.
