Relinking / Saving Merged Clips from being orphaned


i made mistake of using merged clips handle merging of dual system sound.

 

during edit seems clips have become "orphaned" , no longer connected project clip.  reveal clip in project doesn't work, , i'm no longer able access source settings on video portion of clips.

 

is there anyway relink these or make can access source settings again??  i've learned lesson merged clips.  not going using them again.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
