'Unable to Download' error

i receiving 'unable download' error (e_adapt_request_expired) opening downloaded book on first edition nook. running v2.0 on mac.

make sure book not genuinely expired (if loan).

double-check time , timezone settings on both computer , nook.

if neither of works, try older more reliable ade1.7.2.

~~~
there lots of bugs in ade2.0 (and 2.0.1).  try replacing ade2.0 older more reliable v1.7.2.
(you can have them both installed @ once if like.)
version 1.7.2, little difficult find, available on adobe site windows , mac.
the forum software corrupting link above.  there shouldn't blank in 'editio ns.html'.  following redirects same page: http://tinyurl.com/diged172
some people have found ade trying upgrade automatically.
it appears (not 100% sure) if install ade2.0 new install (not upgrade) 1.7.2 continue run.
probably best no if 2.0.x installation asks if want migrate library.
