Thread: Software for NMR Processing


good evening everyone,

know if there open source projects nmr processing? using mestrenova linux , works great prefer foss.

have tried program runs in r (rnmr) , although excellent not looking for.

need basic has following capabilities;

1. peak picking
2. integration
3. export pdf
4. ability adjust solvent shows
5. clone of mestrenova

love see if there project (i have googled heart out) if not want contribute to/create , love see if else interested.

i did not find useful in past. started developing spectrum viewer (in gchemutils, http://gchemutils.nongnu.org), still basic, because of lack of time. if want me improve it, welcome.
@ moment, supports points 3 , 4 (at least should 4). integration has been implemented needs rewrite. 2d+ not supported. never played mestrenova.

hello! i'm trying setup software raid on server, fail @ first step: code: root@sandnabba:/root# mdadm -c /dev/md0 -c512 -l5 /dev/sdc1 /dev/sdd1 /dev/sde1 mdadm: no raid-devices specified. what doing wrong!? are sure -c equivalent --create? also, think need space after -c , -l options, value shouldn't command, or should have = between. @ man pages mdadm , double check spelling. hi, if developing platform independent software in linux using gtk+/gtkmm , you've managed cross compile windows, guide you. i'm posting because after researching topic myself, encountered many posts people have abandoned gtk+/gtkmm wxwidgets because of gtks ugly default appearance in windows/wine. gtk+ themeable in windows/wine gnome. have set correctly . . . here's how. guide gtkmm gtk+ similar. (1) firstly, download , install gtkmm windows using wine. (you have if have cross compiled app windows) https://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/mswindows (2) run these commands create proper directory structure. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
