Is CC not compatible with 10.8.5?


i'm running new mac 10.8.5 (still running mountain lion, not mavericks). last week signed cc teams myself , 1 coworker. team admin, invited myself. after cc "invite" confirmation email, coworker has had no trouble accessing/downloading programs on 3 year old mac. had downloaded trial of cc , had been using cc version of indesign 30-day trial period.

 

i can't download/install. i'm signed in, when click on program download, login window pops - huh? i'm logged in try anyway. nothing happens. it's doesn't see me or know exist??

 

things i've tried....

• @ first prompt had downloaded cc app. see app in applications folder when try , use it, nothing happens. login box, add login password , goes nowhere.

• tried downloading trial version - didn't work. login box, add login password , goes nowhere.

• tried individual downloads via website. same above. though i'm logged in - nothing happens.

• tried changing email login/password. still nada.

 

could there issue me being "team leader" user??

 

help!

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
