Multiscreen HTML5: iPhone Output Not Built Correctly (Missing HTML Files)

i need expert resolve issue. hopefully, issue sound familiar someone, , can provide guidance.

since started using rh10 few months ago, have delved details of multiscreen html5 as needed work done. i have issue has me flustered.

by default, building project platforms (ipad, iphone, desktop, etc.), ipad selected default. ipad & desktop both work fine, no issues.

however, when open index.htm file in iphone folder, opens table_of_contents.html screen, contains nothing search field. additionally, many of html files (that in ipad folder) not being built for iphone folder (missing). when @ other folders (kindle_fire, or android_galaxy_tab example) files there , work fine.

when compare html table_of_contents.htm files ipad , iphone, identical except default file iphone home.htm instead of table-of-contents.htm. when change html make them identical, still have same problem. when open, jumps searchresults.htm screen instead of displaying contents.

when wipe out iphone folder , rebuild it, results same.

so, somewhere, somehow, have evidently unknowingly either selected or deselected caused missing sections excluded (or not built).

i appreciate resolving issue.

thank you,

jimc

hi jim,

if use same toc (and no conditional build tags etc.) each subfolder in output should contain topic files of entire project. however, output not intended accessed via index.htm files in these subfolders, via index.htm file in multiscreen_html5 folder. so-called sniffer detects viewing conditions and, based on associated screen profiles, selects right screen layout display.

if think there problemspecifically iphone screen layout in project, can try deleting in 'project settings' pod under 'screen layouts', right-click , create again.
