Is it possible to make global changes to all or a group of clips?


in pre12, is there way perform of following?

 

global volume change (adjust volume on or several audio clips simultaneously)

global opacity change (adjust opacity on  or several video clips simultaneously)

global font change (adjust font on  or several title clips simultaneously)

change duration/speed of 2 or more clips @ once, including duration of matte , title on it.

 

i have tried grouping or linking clips in each case doesn’t work.

 

i may trying pre doesn't allow.

here starter information experiment with...

 

1. volume

adjust volume of one, select clip, edit menu/copy, select rest, edit menu/paste effects , adjustments

 

2 opacity

adjust opacity of one, select clip, edit menu/copy, select rest, edit menu/paste effects , adjustments

 

3. duration/speed

highlight clips involved, right click anywhere in highlight, select time stretch, , make adjustments in time stretch dialog. should work in highlight on track, no saying there might exceptions depending on other tracks...not ready genealize on 100% yet.

 

4. right no font changes more 1 @ time....will think more.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
