NFL video's do not work with AFP 11.9 in Chrome

i've uploaded adobe flash player 11.9.  have chedked insure have current chrome, current flash player, checked , saw page says have correctly installed player.  went through procedures recommended on forum, tried one's on advisory "consultant" page.  still doesn't work.  i've turned off spyware, malware, etc. , still doesn't work.  machine worked before pos got installed.  what?

"this pos" in chrome, proprietary build ("pepperflash") modified chrome google, embedded google, , maintained google.  while adobe collaborate google updates, embedded version "google's baby". isn't updated via adobe, , can't installed or uninstalled via adobe. updating chrome can update embedded player plugin.

here steps have helped work around problem users.

1. exit chrome, make sure not running

2. using windows explorer go c:\users\[user name]\appdata\local\google\chrome\user data\pepperflash

3. delete folders see there

4. start chrome again, should work now.

notes:

[user name] logon name.

in order access appdata folder, need "show hidden files , folders" in folder options.

aside that, i'd recommend uninstalling chrome , trying browser, firefox.  don't recommend ie, because it's "problem child" of browsers. , chrome major resource hog, opening new , separate process each tab , each plugin in tab. can literally suck whole processor , of ram if you're not careful.
