New credit card updated however creative cloud still saying it will expire in 12 days
hi have been trying sort problem out last month. have updated billing information , seen $1 has come out of new credit card verify card. there money on card too. still keep getting error of product expiring & stressing me out in australia , there no way me contact adobe in america. sat online waiting me via chat yesterday 20 mins, got through , explained situation , said transfer me department via chat, , other department never turned up. frustrated, can please me?
i don't know if or not. i've been having similar problem while. after multiple attempts update information directly on adobe site, got my license renew after signing out of creative cloud client on computer, signing in. it's not first time i've tried that, it's first time worked.
