install cs6 failure. Error code 213:19


hi,

 

i can't cs6 install on imac. here's detailed summary of i've done:

 

about imac : osx 10.9, processor: 3.6 ghz intel core i5. 8gb ram 1333 mhz ddr3,  graphicsati radeon hd 5670 512 mb

 

migrated software old powerbook way of time machine

deactivated adobe licenses on old powerbook.

started photoshop on new computer , got error code 213:19

chatted adobe 11/25  (unique id 331515498)

unable solve problem on chat, told restart , reinstall software.

uninstalled cs6 software

cleaned adobe cleaning tool

reinstalled installation disc.

installation failed.

restarted computer

unistalled again

ran disc permission repair

cleaned adobe cleaning tool

tried instal photoshop only

installation failed

please try running patch mentioned in kb : http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-213-19-licensing-acrobat.html

and check.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
