Premiere Pro freezes in render. Frame count looses sync with timeline.

hey guys!

i'm baffled this. hope yall can help. here's what's going on.

i'm rendering lenghty sequence (26min) in permiere pro cs6 has of usual going on. (color correction, image tweeks, ect. - nothing fancy) i've finished edit , wanted export prores file. sent ame , hit render normal 1080p, quicktime, 29.975, prores settings , 1 min time shot straight out of park. (i'm talking 104+ hours @ 1 point) checked settings , tried other export options, still acting wonky. tried removing effects , export normal sequence sans frills. na da. thought, "you know what, maybe it's weird part , it'll pass through it." nope. left going 13 hrs , moving slow thought frozen.

here's odd discovery comes in. decided render work area of timeline in attempt narrow down problem , bingo. when started render here able view frame count along video clip progression via number , red line becomes green. discovered in first clip that's 4 sec (should 120 frames) regestered on 800 frames before moved onto next clip! timeline not reflect these phantom frames @ all. however, renderer sees total number of frames sequence correctly @ around 46,000 frames. seems though frame/clip sync gets far out of wack renderer gets exponentially lost. explain why longer works, slower becomes.

i'm not sure what's happening. feel out of depth here. lol guys can give me appreciated!

thanks!!
