How Do I register a complaint against the terrible Adobe Customer Service Chat line


i waited on hour , half speak expert morning problem have newly purchased light room 5bought , installed 2 days ago. can't plug in manager work without add buttom shutting down applcation error message .

 

the expert prianka not answer question , asked me try again in half hour  , speak else !.

when did , found chat option greyed out , unavailable due high demand ! not acceptable such big , established company . 

 

i still waiting patiently  5 hours later resolve problem. 

 

adobe should increase resources online support newly bought products , facilitate priority  email or chat on-line complaints servce better needs needs of customers

 

can manager @ adobe please respond question ba prompt , positive  outcome or give me refund please

in general, find people here knowledgeable , helpful. describe problem in more detail - when error occurs. operating system alos useful too.
