View PDFs on Web


cannot view pdfs on web using explorer 11 , adobe reader x version 10.1.8


first, performed repair reader function instructed.

secondly, followed instructions internet explorer (windows) :
1. select tools > manage add-ons. (or choose tools > internet options, click programs tab, click manage add-ons.)
2. in show pop-up menu, select add-ons. (in versions option add-ons have been used internet explorer.)
3. scroll section of add-ons adobe systems, , select adobe pdf reader.
4. if status of adobe pdf reader set disabled, click enable button.

 

however, when item 4, neither disable or enable buttons active. what???

 

i advised try following fix.

- open adobe

- select preferences in edit

- deselect display pdf in browser

 

again, did not fix problem.

 

i experiencing problems outlook. pdfs in messages not open.
