Tips on making environment layers for use in AE?


i've watched few tutorials on this, still don't know e.g. size still image best hd project (i imagine larger 1920 x 1080?)

 

i'm clear on vanishing point in ps use single still image, know tutorial on stitching several images in ps or whatever?

depends on kind of environment... reflection maps can low res since 1 want blur in them anyway avoid small details popping out or causing aliasing... backgrounds matte paintings might different, dollying landscape still require relatively small layers whereas panning around require more room work with....

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
